Google+ released a fully supported version for the iPad
Follows a smooth redesign for the iPhone version
Tuesday marked another milestone day for Google as their social network, Google+ released a fully supported version for the iPad. The App’s update came about a month following a smooth redesign for the iPhone version. Google executives seem to think users of the new App won’t be able to put the iPad down.
Although the G+ App looks wildly different from the web version of the social network; users have seemed to enjoy the update. On Tuesday, Google fulfilled a promise from their developer conference for an iPad-friendly app update. Such improvements include:
- Pinch and expand posts from your stream
- Simply drag a post to re-share it
- Use AirPlay to broadcast your Hangout on a TV
