Cades Cove Fall 2011
Beautiful Colors, Active Wildlife, Incredible Vistas
This set of beautiful Cades Cove photos was taken in late fall 2011 when colors were at their peaks and wildlife was very active. During this shoot we were playing around with our new (at that time) Canon 7D. What’s great is that the thin layer of fog that appeared when the sun came up made way for some incredible panoramic views and as the sun got higher in the sky, the fog of course began to burn off and as it did, it revealed a huge herd of deer grazing int he meadow below where we were parked. What an amazing day!
